Location was spot-on, just a hop from the square! Our lovely hostess had a charming surprise for my husband's birthday-what a treat! She helped us with our luggage and getting a taxi. Super helpful!
The only downside? No room service-guess I'll have to keep my snacks handy! Those stairs would definitely give your calves a workout!

The idea to include an electric kettle and glassware in the double room was nice. Overlooked city. The location turned out to be magnificent and fantastic, close to all the main attractions as well as Piazza del Popolo. Visited a classical 17th - century fountain, located just a short stroll away from the venue.

Nineta, our hostess, made such a positive impact! Her warm welcome included delicious chocolates and champagne, setting a good tone for our stay. The suite offered a fantastic view. Location-wise, it was perfect-just a quick stroll to Piazza del Popolo and the metro station. The bed was comfortable, and the cleaning service kept everything super clean daily. The older building meant navigating some narrow hallways and steep stairs, which could be a challenge with heavy luggage. Still, the surrounding area was vibrant, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

missingWrote a review on 10 Novsmall bathroom
Two flights of stairs to reach the room can be a hassle, especially with larger luggage. The bathroom was notably small with peeling wood beneath the sink and a damp environment affecting towel drying. There was a lack of proper privacy in the bedding arrangement with shared sheets, which isn't ideal for couples. The room key mechanism was cumbersome. The lighting was not conducive for reading due to a red bulb, which seemed outdated.

Our hostess was helpful, providing personal touches like a surprise birthday gift that enhanced our experience. Breakfast included good guava jam. The steep stairs made navigating with luggage a bit cumbersome, and the room lacked a view, slightly disappointing.
